Señor Buddha

9 Preston Road, Brighton BN1 4QE
01273 567 832

Why we love it?

Don’t be afraid of the fusion. Señor Buddha is a tapas bar on the London Road that expertly fuses Spanish Tapas and Thai food into something special. Don’t be surprised by traditional dishes such as padron peppers and patatas bravas served up alongside a saffron curry sauce and flaming whisky prawns. Inspired by his travels in each of the countries, owner Lee Shipley has created his ideal dining experience. Lee’s ethos is all about food being a great leveller and not being elitist, which is reflected in his price points - you won’t find anything above £7 - and the tiny restaurant with an open kitchen has a truly intimate feel.
