Here’s to the quiet ones in a world of noise. The discretely accomplished Little Fish in Hove is a quiet one - so we’ll make some noise on their behalf. Head chef Duncan Ray is producing some of the best food in this city, almost singlehandedly. Operating out of his tiny kitchen, Duncan prepares every dish personally - and you can see the dedication in the simple but beautiful food which allows the ingredients to do the talking. The small restaurant is ably managed by Rob, their only front of house staff member, whose attentive and welcoming manner is on-par with the food, and integral to the experience. The five course menu with optional wine pairings is our suggestion.
