Stepping into this little restaurant you’ll feel like you’ve stumbled upon a little gem in the back streets of Naples: humble but proud, just like the pizza pie they serve. But the mosaic woodfired oven and open-plan kitchen contain merely a couple of Italian chefs kneading, stretching and 10-hour-proving sourdough - which spills out into a very simple menu of a handful of pizzas alongside a daily changing specials-board. All of the above can be washed down with some carefully chosen local and Italian beers, and a small but effective wine list.
