Really delicious food, efficient service, good selection of beers
I loved it there, really nice calm atmosphere and not too bossy. The food was amazing!
Really brilliant service and delicious food!!! So worth it!
Genuinely the food took me by surprise. Given the growing number of pubs in Brighton which have a named restaurant inside, I thought it would be another one-trick pony - I was wrong. The food is absolutely top-notch, you'd pay double for what you get if it were in a restaurant. The Earth and Stars is a great place to go for a drink too, so the vibe inside is great, with friendly service.
It’s a cosy pub in central Brighton with a delicious menu that has plenty for vegans. The food is really innovative with plenty of flavour and the staff are super friendly and attentive giving us water top ups and checking everything’s okay.
