Like many of Brighton's favourite eateries, Doughbo started out as a quality street food vendor. Having built up a loyal following, they've evolved and are now dishing out their delicious dough balls at The Windmill. Fusing quality ingredients together in a top secret Neapolitan recipe dough, the guys have created a really fun, quick, and moresishly tasty gourmet food experience. A charred crispy exterior and flavour-packed filling inside a light fluffy dough ball. Easy to eat. Easy to share (in theory). Easy not to share (in reality).
