Dill is a brand new pop-up vegan dining experience from chef Tomas Kowalski - formerly of Food for Friends and now proud owner of Social Board. With decades of cooking knowledge behind him, Tomas develops creative recipes using locally sourced ingredients that not only satisfy the tum, but nourish the senses. Drawing on his fine dining background, the menu is of decadent quality and entirely plant-based. Dill is the only dining concept in Brighton giving you the small plate experience exclusively using vegan-friendly ingredients.
