CousCups sell delicious and healthy vegan street food from their converted 1960's horse trailer. This ambition team took on the task of renovating the shell of the trailer themselves using mostly recycled materials - wowza. Having completed this mission, they now use the trailer to serve up their exciting good-for-the-soul vegan grub - from the perfect porridge and aromatic coffees to fruit-packed smoothies and (true to their name) couscous or quinoa salads, these guys have healthy, filling food nailed.
This street food van pops up all over the place, and their menu is dependent on the event and venue. However, we must say that their vegan yet meaty Mac 'n' Cheese with 'bacon' crispys and fried shallots using home made seitan is definitely a Wriggle favourite. These guys value sustainability and know how important it is to reduce their impact on the environment. That's why they ensure that all their packaging is 100% compostable vegware.
