Blackbird Tea Rooms

Why we love it?

When you walk into the Blackbird Tea Rooms you feel like you’ve stepped into a Victorian Apothecary. The dark wooden interior and vintage cabinets, holding a variety of treats, go delightfully well with the small garden - creating a cosy-yet-airy, crisp feel to the venue. We love to sit in the tiny courtyard and enjoy a pot of chamomile and lavender while being served gorgeous homemade cake. Despite its central location Blackbird is easy to miss so it's usually a nice and quiet place to grab a light bite or afternoon tea. They also do an amazing range of breakfasts; our favourite is Smashed Avocado with Feta & Poached Egg on Sour Dough Toast.
