With a string of accolades, there are few award-winning quite as renowned as Adams. You name it, they’ve got it: a Michelin Star, three AA Rosettes, a score of 7 in the Good Food Guide, and 6 consecutive years of Travellers’ Choice awards. And if that isn’t enough to spark your interest, note that they’ve also been rated Tripadvisor’s number 1 restaurant in the UK, 6 in Europe and 10 in the world. It’s a huge reputation to live up to, but Adams isn’t the sort of place to rest on its laurels.
It all started back in 2013, when husband and wife duo Adam and Natasha set-up Adams in a former sandwich shop. Intended as a two year pop-up, it’s immediate success led Adam and Natasha on the search for a permanent home for their venture - and that’s when they took on the project of renovating the three-story New Oxford House located just around the corner from Waterloo St.
Since opening their doors in January 2016, Adams has grown from strength to strength. The team have focused their efforts on curating menu that boasts the very best of contemporary British fine dining dishes. With Adam carving the route as head chef, their offerings aim to excite and enthuse guests with the accurate cooking of quality ingredients. And they’ve hit the nail on the head. With lunch, tasting and set menus making up their artillery of dining options, there’s a bountiful and outstanding selection of modern, awe-inspiring eats.
And although the scale of the space is enormous, Adam and Natasha have created dining spaces that are both intimate and inviting. Each room is well thought out with sophisticated and softly toned furnishings neatly scattered throughout, with a handful of private dining areas for extra special occasions and a unique Chef’s Table Tasting Menu. Combined with the exquisite menus, Adams affords an unrivalled experience for anyone looking for a fine dining experience.
With its elegant atmosphere and impeccable dishes, Adams is nothing short of remarkable.
