Bedminster & Southville an area that is south of the New Cut, an extension of the River Avon running through Bristol. Incorporating West Street, North Street, Coronation Road and Ashton Gate the area is one of the busiest and exciting in Bristol. The area offers great options when it comes to eating and drinking as well as culture, sport and the annual Upfest graffiti festival.

As you might expect from an area teaming with life, there are plenty of pubs to sup and ale or two. The London on the corner of Cannon Street as a beautiful exterior and is a good alternative to the Wetherspoons over the road. Other pubs of note are The Hare on North Street for their real ales, The North Street Standard North Street Standard for cocktails, small plates and cracking Sunday Roast.

For the authentic brewery experience, the Bristol Beer Factory Brewery The Bristol Beer Factory Taproom has a tap room and weekly quiz nights where you can try and beat the brewer.
